		<description>Hi Kwai,

Thank you!

You brought up an important point: &quot;There are many more millions or billions who do not recognise they mainly “default” on their choices.&quot;

Too many people don&#039;t realize that they HAVE A CHOICE. They tell themselves that they don&#039;t, because it is scary to act upon their choice and own the choice as well as the consequences.

What I mean by leadership as a lonely journey, is that we can have many leader companions and colleagues who encourage us, but at the end of the day, when we are faced with the decision itself, we often go through the internal turmoil alone before arriving at a point of execution.

(not to get all morbid and/or philosophical, but this is not unlike death. We can have all our loved ones at our bedside at that critical junction, but we all cross over alone!)

		<description>Hi Jane,

Great piece of sharing. Thank you.

I know and you know there are millions out there who are on the same journey as you. There are many more millions or billions who do not recognise they mainly &quot;default&quot; on their choices.

We need more people like you illustrating the rewards for exercising choice. The choice of making a difference beyond our normal desire for work, rest and play.

Whilst we all feel it is a &quot;lonely&quot; personal leadership journey, I do not believe it has to be that way. Leaders Cafe Foundation&#039;s aim is to provide the &quot;third&quot; place to meet and find others to travel with.

With you all the way,
